He's possibly a German Shepherd and Labrador mix, but as a rescue, his breed and exact age are our best guess. Penelope's delicate kisses, adorable ears, and calm demeanor are sure to win you over. With his long, lean legs and expressive ears, Penelope is ready to grow into a loyal, devoted companion, just waiting for the right person to share his journey.

Penelope is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide using our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up is in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. You can track your pet's journey in real-time and receive photo updates. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
