Waylon

Waylon is a 65 lb, neutered male Staffie mix who is a little over a year old. He's a big, goofy, lovable derp who doesn't quite realize his size and carries himself with the boundless enthusiasm of a much smaller pup. Waylon is playful, curious, silly, and affectionate in his own unique way. While not overly clingy, he enjoys being around his people and bounces through life with joyful, slightly goofy energy. His greatest love is tennis balls, and he could happily spend hours chasing, carrying, or showing them off. Waylon has a moderate energy level and enjoys playtime and activity, making him a great match for an active home. Once he's had a chance to burn off some energy, he settles nicely and becomes a calm companion.

Waylon would thrive in a home that appreciates his goofy personality, enjoys playtime and activity, and is ready for a big-hearted, slightly derpy companion. An active home that understands big, goofy dogs will likely be the best fit due to his size and playful nature.

Ongoing Health

Waylon can get nervous during storms and thunder, but CBD chews help him relax.

Training & Support

Waylon is house-trained and does beautifully in his crate. He walks well on leash once he's burned off a little energy, though he can zig-zag a bit when curious. He has no issues with food, toys, or resource guarding. He may greet new people with a curious little boof before warming up.
