Henry

Meet Henry! This charming 5-year-old, 13-pound male Mini Poodle is a cream-colored sweetheart with a lot of love to give. Henry was a beloved personal pet on a farm in Lancaster, but his curiosity got the better of him when he took an interest in the resident chickens! He's an incredibly affectionate boy who adores giving kisses and snuggling up for pets. Henry arrived with Arielle, a 5-year-old Bernedoodle, and they get along wonderfully. Henry is also quite curious about other dogs and might enjoy a canine companion, though he'd also be perfectly happy as your sole furry friend.

Ideal Home

Henry would thrive in a home that does not have chickens, due to his strong prey drive. As he is an active dog, a home without very young children would be best.

Ongoing Health

Henry is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccines, and microchipped. He tested negative for heartworm and has begun monthly heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Henry is crate trained and remains quiet in his crate. He's had no accidents in the house or crate, though he has shown some marking behaviors, so a belly band has been used during his adjustment. He's a good listener, comes when called, and walks well on a leash.
