India was adopted from us as a puppy and recently returned to the rescue as an adult after her owner moved and could not take her along. It has been a big adjustment for this sweet girl, but through it all, India has remained incredibly gentle, quiet, and loving. India is the kind of dog who doesn't ask for much. She prefers soft beds, peaceful rooms, and calm people. Her favorite place is curled up in a dog bed or snuggled beside you in bed at night. She is very submissive, incredibly sweet, and happiest in a quieter home without a lot of chaos or activity. India tends to stay close to her foster and spends most of her time relaxing quietly in the room, only coming out for bathroom breaks and little adventures outside. India simply wants to feel safe, loved, and part of a family again.

India is fully vetted and vaccinated.

India is a gentle and quiet dog who prefers to stay close to her foster. She will need a loving family to help her feel safe, loved, and part of the family again.

• The adoption fee is $125 and includes vaccines, deworming, started on heartworm meds, spay or neuter, vet check, and microchip.

Transporation

India is located at Crossroads Animal Rescue. Out-of-state and even out-of-country adoptions are considered, but transportation of the adopted pet is the responsibility of the new pet owner.
