THOR

Thor is proof that age is just a number! This handsome senior has spent nearly a decade being someone's companion, and he has all the qualities that make older dogs so special. He already knows some basic cues, is crate trained, lets you know when he needs to go outside, and has experience living with children and another dog. Most importantly, Thor is a people dog through and through. He loves being close to his humans and seems happiest when he can soak up attention and affection from the people around him. When our staff spent time with Thor, he quickly showed his soft side. After eagerly heading outside for a potty break, he settled in for pets, offered his paw for attention, rolled over for belly rubs, and happily relaxed while being handled. It's easy to picture Thor stretched out beside his favorite person, enjoying a cozy evening on the couch after a leisurely walk. He may be entering his golden years, but he still has plenty of love left to give.
