Atlas Moose is a 5-month-old, 42 lb bundle of pure joy! This handsome goofball is a suspected German Shepherd/Bloodhound mix, boasting giant floppy ears, a nose that can detect treats from miles away, and a tail that seems to have a mind of its own. He's still growing into his oversized puppy paws and is built like a baby moose, so expect him to grow into a large, impressive dog! Atlas is sweet, affectionate, curious, and always ready for an adventure. He loves to play with toys, especially balls, and has already mastered the art of fetch.
Ideal Home
Atlas would thrive in a home with a backyard where he has plenty of space to run and play. He's a high-energy puppy and needs a family committed to continuing his training and socialization. He would do well as an only dog or with another medium to large dog that enjoys playful puppy energy.
Ongoing Health
Atlas is a healthy puppy and has been fully vetted, including vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention.
Training & Support
Atlas is a smart and food-motivated pup, which makes him a joy to train! He's already showing great potential and knows how to play fetch. He's currently working on crate training and potty training and will need continued consistency and structure from his new family. He's learning to be mindful of his puppy energy around other dogs and is already showing he understands canine communication.
