Cooper

Cooper is a one-year-old Dalmatian with a larger-than-life personality to match his size! He's a smart and quickly learning boy who enjoys romping with dogs of similar size (40-70 lbs), though he does need slow introductions as he spent his first seven months in a kennel and is still working on his socialization. While he loves to give hugs, his enthusiasm might be a bit much for toddlers. Cooper is working on his weight and would love a family to help him shed those extra pounds. He's looking for a big backyard to explore and a loving family to call his own.

Ideal Home

Cooper would thrive in a home with a big backyard. Due to his size and enthusiastic greetings, he would do best in a home without toddlers. He prefers female dogs but will play with non-assertive male dogs.

Cooper is currently working on managing his weight.

Training & Support

Cooper is smart and learns quickly. He is used to being walked at least once daily, but really prefers to romp with other dogs. He needs slow introductions to new dog friends due to his past lack of socialization.
