He's a friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic guy who is always ready to greet you with a wagging tail and a big smile. Charlie also gets along wonderfully with other dogs, but he'd prefer a home without cats. He is neutered, heartworm negative, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped.
