Meet Rocky: A Gentle Giant with a Big Heart!

Rocky is a lovely 5 to 6-year-old Saint Bernard mix who is ready to find his forever home! He's a big, gentle soul who has captured our hearts with his quiet, calm, and incredibly loving personality. Rocky weighs 95 lbs and is working on gaining about 20 more pounds. He's already house-trained and is settling in beautifully.

Ideal Home

Rocky would thrive in a home that can accommodate his large size. We will not adopt Rocky to a home with any child under the age of 5 due to his size and the safety of young children.

Ongoing Health

Rocky has tested positive for heartworms, but we have started him on a slow-kill heartworm protocol to get him healthy. He is already neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations. We require new owners to purchase a one-year supply of heartworm preventative from us at cost.

Training & Support

Rocky is a quiet and calm boy. He is already house-trained.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• All dogs adopted must be indoor dogs. Saint Bernards cannot tolerate the Texas heat.
• We require a home visit prior to all placements.
• There is a $350 donation fee.

Transporation

Rocky is located at St. Cloud's Rescue. Information regarding transportation can be discussed with the rescue.
