Hunny Bunny (20250826-03)

Meet Hunny Bunny, a 2-year-old, 67lb German Shepherd mix with a heart as sweet as her name. She came into rescue at just six weeks old and has spent her life in foster care, learning what safety and love feel like. Hunny Bunny is a loyal shadow, a gentle soul, and her greatest joy is simply being close to her people. She may be a little shy at first, but she quickly warms up and melts into you with quiet trust and unconditional love. She's house-trained, crate-trained, rides beautifully in the car, and walks fairly well on leash. She isn't destructive, isn't food aggressive, and isn't much of a barker.

Ideal Home

Hunny Bunny needs a secure fenced yard to run and play in, as she is used to having a big yard and is not yet 100% on leash. She also needs a home with another dog, as she has grown up surrounded by her siblings and truly thrives with canine companionship. Older children are best, as Hunny Bunny can get joyfully bouncy when excited. She cannot live in an apartment.

Hunny Bunny is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Hunny Bunny walks fairly well on leash but hasn’t had a lot of experience yet. She is not destructive, not food aggressive, and not much of a barker.
