Bailey-Sue

Bailey-Sue is a 4-year-old, 57lb spayed female pittie mix who is as playful and affectionate as she is brave. This sweet girl came to us after a difficult past, but her resilience shines through, and she's ready to find a patient, loving home where she can truly open up. Once she feels safe, Bailey-Sue is pure love and devoted companionship.

Ideal Home

Bailey-Sue would do best in a home that understands she may take time to feel safe and confident. She absolutely adores kids and currently lives happily with children aged 3 to 17. She enjoys playing with other dogs, but slow introductions are key. She seems to do best with dogs around 30-80 lbs and might particularly enjoy the company of a calm male dog who can match her energy and help her feel confident.

Bailey-Sue is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Bailey-Sue is fully house-trained and crate-trained, sleeping soundly through the night. She has excellent manners and has never shown any food or toy guarding. She is working on leash walking and does best when she's had a chance to burn off some energy first. Continued leash training will help her be her best self. When meeting new people or dogs, she can be initially cautious due to past experiences, but with patience and love, she blossoms into a trusting companion.
