Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• All household members should be present for the meet-and-greet.
• If you have a dog, we can arrange a dog-to-dog meet and greet. Please bring proof of your dog's up-to-date rabies vaccination.

Transportation

Theodore is located at Chicago Animal Care and Control at 2741 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL. Walk-in visitors are welcome daily from 12 pm to 7 pm. To adopt on the same day, please arrive before 5:30 pm. Visitors arriving after 5:30 pm can view animals in Pavilions A-B-C until 7 pm.
