HARVEY

Harvey is a thoughtful, independent boy who takes his time getting to know people. He walks beautifully on leash and handles routine care without much fuss. Harvey seems most comfortable when allowed to move at his own pace. He enjoys exploring, sniffing around, stretching his legs, and quietly observing the world around him. While he may not immediately jump into your lap for affection, there's something endearing about his calm, measured interactions once he starts to settle in.

Harvey's personality will likely continue to blossom once he's out of the shelter environment and truly relaxed. While he's shown some tension in his kennel, outside of it, he's displayed relaxed body language, curiosity around other dogs, and moments of soft, loose interaction with people. He appreciates patient humans who understand that trust can be built quietly. Harvey may never be the loudest dog in the room, but for someone who appreciates a steady companion with a more subtle personality, he could become a very rewarding friend.
