She's been an excellent student during her stay, mastering the basics like "sit" and "drop," and patiently waiting at doorways. Evie has developed some excellent leash manners and enjoys sniffing the flowers on walks, though she can occasionally get excited by squirrels. She loves to explore and would be over the moon to have a walking buddy who's up for adventures. The staff and volunteers describe her as clever, full of life, and endlessly affectionate. Evie is a sensitive girl still learning the ropes of independence and considers herself to be somewhat of a homebody. She would love the company of someone who also enjoys being at home.
