Hello, I'm Pop! I have super soft fur, unique white markings on my nose, and a permanently happy disposition. I absolutely love to snuggle, especially when there's a warm oven nearby! I also have a special fondness for the snow. My fur is a bit thicker and fuller than a typical pittie, suggesting a mix of breeds like Border Collie. My brother and sister and I came all the way from New Mexico. I'm potty trained and will let you know when I need to go out by resting by the door. I'm also kennel trained, but I have to admit, I'm not a fan of being confined. I'm a clever escape artist when I'm in my kennel and will bark, but I don't make messes when left to my own devices outside of it. At night, I love to be close to my foster mom for warmth. I know "sit," "stay," "wait," and "come," and I'm working on "down" and "off." I'm food-motivated and my favorites are peanut butter and yogurt. While I don't get table scraps, I do get plenty of tasty treats and will do almost anything for them. I can be a bit overzealous when taking treats, but my foster mom is working with me on being gentle. I live with a wonderful 10-year-old foster sister and have met her friends. I can be a little shy and barky when meeting new people, especially children, but I mean no harm. With a little time, I warm up and become very affectionate. A family with older, dog-savvy children would be ideal for me. I'm not sure about cats, but I absolutely adore other dogs! I'm my slightly younger foster brother's emotional support dog, and he needs to be near me at all times. I love to play with my almost two-year-old, 55lb foster sister, engaging in tug, keep away, and chase. My almost four-year-old, 96lb foster brother tolerates my playful poking, though I need to be gentle as he's recovering from surgery. Wrestling, zoomies, and tug-of-war are my favorite games with my canine companions. I also enjoy neighborhood walks. I'm smart, eager to learn, and want to be friends with everyone. I love to snuggle and explore, making me a great hiking buddy and travel companion. My biggest desire is to be with my people, have a dog friend, and live the best life possible.
Ideal Home
My dream home would include older, dog-savvy children, another dog to be my friend, and an active lifestyle. Sleeping in bed with my person is a must!

Training & Support
I know "sit," "stay," "wait," and "come," and am working on "down" and "off." I need gentle reminders to be gentle when taking treats. I can bark and try to escape my kennel, but I am not destructive when left out.
