Oliver

Oliver is a handsome 6-7 year old, under 30 lb poodle mix who came to us from a difficult situation in rural Georgia. He was rescued with many other dogs and was initially quite timid. Thankfully, with the love and care he's received, Oliver is blossoming! He's learning to relax and enjoy life, and has even made some canine friends who are helping him learn how to just be a dog. Oliver can be a bit shy at first, but he quickly warms up and loves to snuggle into his foster mom's lap. He's a social butterfly when out and about, especially if treats are involved – he'll be your best friend for life! He also walks well on a leash, though he may need a little encouragement when exploring new environments.

Ideal Home

Oliver would thrive in a home with poodle-experienced adopters. He needs another confident dog in the home to continue his social development and a securely fenced yard for safe outdoor adventures.

Ongoing Health

Oliver's ears were treated for infection upon arrival. He has been neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Oliver is doing well on leash but may need gentle encouragement in unfamiliar places. He would benefit from continued positive reinforcement and socialization to build his confidence.
