POPPY #2

Poppy is a sweet and energetic young lady who can be a little shy at first but blossoms into a total goofball once she feels comfortable! She adores her toys and is always ready for a fun play session. Poppy is working on her potty training and may have occasional accidents in her crate if left for extended periods, but she's making great progress. While she seems to have a slight preference for women, she would be perfectly happy with a man who is patient and willing to let her warm up at her own pace. Poppy has lived with cats and generally does well, though she might occasionally get the urge to chase. With consistent training and positive reinforcement, this behavior can be managed. She is looking for a family who will help her build her confidence and socialization skills. Poppy can be timid and might bark when crated if a new person enters the house, but she is not aggressive. She is a wonderful pup who has so much love to give and would be thrilled to be adopted with her sister, Tulip!

Ideal Home

Poppy would thrive in a home where her family is patient and willing to work on her socialization and confidence. She can do well with cats and other dogs, but given her occasional chase instinct with cats, a home that can manage this through training would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Poppy is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Poppy needs guidance and support in building her socialization skills. She may bark when crated if a new person enters the house. Patience will be key as she is a bit timid.
