Woof! My name is Summit and I weigh 50 pounds. I am a gentle, well-mannered, and calm companion who is eager to please. I had a ruff start in life and was rescued as an injured stray, which resulted in the amputation of one of my legs. I'm getting around well, but I will need your dedication to assist me with ear rubs on my legless side. I met some kids on a dog field trip and seemed to enjoy their company!

I'm a sensitive soul looking for a patient family who understands that trust takes time. New people, places, and experiences can be overwhelming to me at first, so I'll do best with adopters who are willing to let me move at my own pace and celebrate the small victories along the way! I need to meet all children living in my future home.
