Meet Elmer! If you're looking for a sweet hound companion, you've found him! Elmer is a young, large, male mixed breed Coonhound. He walks well on a leash and really enjoys walking on trails, where he can lead with his nose and take his time to sniff and explore. He is playful and loves to chase after squeaky toys and tennis balls, and enjoys playing fetch, though he may sometimes forget to give back the toy. Elmer can come off as a little aloof before he knows you, but he'll be curled up next to you on your couch in no time! He is a great choice for any family.
