Buttercup-7mo old Angel

Hi there! My name is Buttercup, and I'm a 7-month-old Black Mouth Cur mix who weighs around 31lbs. I was rescued from a local county animal services and I'm incredibly sweet and social. I walk pretty well on a leash and I'm friendly with other well-socialized dogs my size and smaller. While I enjoy canine companionship, I can get a little nervous around bigger dogs when they're being loud. I recently had a wonderful day out with Aunt Nicky at Drooling Dog Bakery, and she said I was a perfect angel! You can even see a video of my sweet behavior on their Facebook page.

Ideal Home

Buttercup enjoys the company of other dogs, but can be a little timid around larger, boisterous ones. A home that can provide her with a calm environment where she can build her confidence would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

My adoption fee includes a vet check, up-to-date vaccinations, spay, a negative heartworm test, microchip, and deworming.

Training & Support

I walk pretty well on a leash, and I'm generally well-behaved. Continued socialization with well-tempered dogs will help me gain more confidence.
