Biggie

Biggie is a resilient and loving young male Pit Bull Terrier mix with a heart of gold. He's overcome incredible challenges, having been rescued as a puppy after being dumped and attacked, which unfortunately led to the amputation of one of his front legs. He then bravely battled and survived Parvo after a two-week hospital stay. Despite his difficult past, Biggie remains incredibly affectionate and is eager to find a family to give him a chance. He has a history of being on the defensive due to his experiences, and while he isn't fond of male dogs, with patience and understanding, he can learn to coexist.

Biggie would thrive in a home that understands his past and can offer him the patience and consistent support he needs to continue to build his confidence.

Ongoing Health

Biggie has a history of Parvo and is missing one of his front legs due to an injury. He is spayed/neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Biggie needs a patient owner who can help him work through his initial defensiveness, particularly around male dogs. His past experiences have required him to be on guard, so consistent positive reinforcement and gentle guidance will be key to his continued success.
