Mateo is a 1-2 year old Shih Poo weighing about 15 lbs. This sweet and lively boy is full of personality—outgoing, friendly, and always ready for playtime. He gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and adores kids, making him a great fit for a family looking for a cheerful companion. He was surrendered along with his sister, Matilda, and is now looking for a loving forever home where he can thrive.

Mateo is neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. The adoption fee includes rabies, bordatella, DHPP, and microchip.

Training & Support

Mateo is crate trained but still working on fully mastering his potty training.

Transportation

Mateo is located in McAllen, Texas. He can be transported to the East Coast (NJ, NY, PA, CT) once adopted. Drop-off locations for MA, NH, ME, VT, and RI are in Vermont, Rhode Island, or Connecticut. There are no meet-and-greets.
