Diego ¡Ándale! ¡Ándale!

¡Ándale! ¡Ándale! Diego here, and I'm ready to race into your heart! I'm a playful and observant Doberman mix, guessed to be around 2-3 years old and weighing in at a lean 62 lbs. I was found wandering a busy road in Houston, but thankfully, a kind person brought me to safety. After some much-needed medical care, including being neutered, vaccinated, and treated for heartworm, I'm now all set for my forever home! I'm crate-trained and use it as my "off" button, and I absolutely love car rides and meeting new people. I have a great balance of needing both physical and mental stimulation, and my ideal day involves a good run at full speed before settling down.

Ideal Home

I'd thrive in a home with a yard where I can really stretch my legs. While I get along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I'm always up for a game of chase, I must go to a home with NO CATS. I have a strong prey drive and will definitely chase squirrels. Someone familiar with the energy levels of Dobermans would be a bonus!

Ongoing Health

I'm currently healthy and happy! My ears are cropped and have some old scars from past issues, but they don't cause me any discomfort or require special care.

I'm already crate-trained! I'm a smart boy who enjoys staying active and engaged.
