A little about them

Rivet is a 1-year-old male Blue Heeler who weighs 30 pounds. Found on a back road and never claimed, he can feel overwhelmed in the kennel environment but is improving every day. His history is unknown, though the shelter suspects he may have been an outdoor farm dog. He seems fine with other dogs and would benefit from a secure home environment.

Ideal Home

A fenced yard is recommended to help Rivet stay safely at home. He should not be placed with young children.

Ongoing Health

Rivet is vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and has been dewormed.

Training & Support

Rivet is house-trained. He is adjusting to the kennel environment and making progress each day.
