Let me reintroduce y'all to Ballerina! Ballerina came into rescue in April of 2025 after having babies. All of her babies were lovingly raised and have long since moved on to their forever homes. Now it's about time she gets her turn!
Ballerina is a 9-pound Chihuahua mix who has never had a meet and greet. She is a shy girl at first and will need someone patient—someone willing to give her the time and space she needs to adjust, without expecting too much too fast. But let me tell you about the Ballerina you get once she trusts you. You get a truly wonderful little girl who loves deeply. She gets excited to see you whether you've been gone 10 minutes or 10 hours. She loves to cuddle and will stick to you like glue. She is happiest at home, curled up on the couch, right next to her person. Ballerina is very crate trained and actually loves her crate. It's her safe space where she goes to relax and decompress when she needs a little break, which helps her feel secure and settled. Ballerina would be perfect for someone who doesn't have a lot of visitors and wants a loyal companion to spend their days with. Tired of using the bathroom alone? Get Ballerina. Tired of sleeping alone? Ballerina is happy to help. Need someone to cuddle with and watch TV? Ballerina. Want a pup you can carry around the house? Ballerina. She's quiet, gentle, and full of love once her heart feels safe. Ballerina is waiting for her person. Could that be you?
