Bear

Meet Bear! This 5-year-old Great Pyrenees is a gentle giant with a heart as big as his fluffy frame. Bear was rescued by local police and volunteers after being found with porcupine quills, but thanks to the wonderful care from Laurel Highlands Animal Health, he's made a full recovery and is ready for his forever home. He's a true teddy bear who adores people and showering them with affection. Bear is friendly and affectionate with everyone he meets and thrives on attention.

Ideal Home

Bear would love a home where he can be your constant companion. He can be selective with other dogs, so a meet-and-greet with any potential canine siblings is required to ensure a good fit. We are happy to test Bear with cats upon request.

Ongoing Health

Bear has made a full recovery from his past injuries and is in great health.

Training & Support

Bear is a loving boy who is eager to please. Further guidance on positive reinforcement training will help him settle in and continue to build his confidence.
