Meet Bae Bae, a 1-year-old Basenji/Carolina Dog mix weighing around 35 pounds. Bae Bae is a sweet and gentle boy who takes a little time to warm up to new people and environments. Once he feels safe, his true personality shines through, and watching him gain confidence is incredibly rewarding. He thrives with patience and a gentle approach, allowing him to move at his own pace.

Ideal Home

Bae Bae would do best in a quiet home where he can decompress and build his confidence. While he is dog-friendly, his compatibility with cats is currently unknown.

Ongoing Health

Bae Bae is heartworm positive and has begun treatment, which will be supported by Wags.

Training & Support

Bae Bae is crate trained, but he is still working on his potty training and has had occasional accidents. A consistent routine and patience will help him succeed.
