Shadow Mini Hershey Kisses

Meet Shadow! She's a 1-year-old, 45-pound bundle of affection and playfulness, a delightful mix of Black Lab and Pitbull. Shadow's tail never stops wagging when she's around people, and she's quick to offer cuddles and puppy kisses. She loves to entertain herself with toys, especially a good game of tug-of-war, but she also enjoys a good cuddle session. Shadow is potty-trained and can walk on a leash for 10-20 minutes, even knowing a few simple commands! She's eager to learn, very treat-motivated, and already knows how to sit. Shadow is a wonderful family dog who will bring so much light and love to her forever home.

Ideal Home

Shadow would love a home with another playful dog to build her confidence and be a playmate. While a yard is preferred for her love of play, she could also adapt to apartment living with sufficient exercise and enrichment. A home without cats would be best, as she can get a bit too playful with them. Because Shadow is still a bouncy and playful puppy, older children would be the best fit for her.

Ongoing Health

Shadow is a healthy puppy. All vetting, vaccinations, deworming, flea/heartworm prevention, and spay/neuter are included in the adoption fee.

Training & Support

Shadow is still mastering her leash manners, which is expected for her age and will improve with consistent training. She is eager to please and very treat-motivated, making training a fun and rewarding experience.

Transporation

Shadow is currently in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. A surcharge of $87 applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
