Ollie is a 3-year-old, 60-pound Pittie mix with a smile that could light up a room! He's a playful, affectionate, and goofy boy who absolutely adores other dogs. Ollie currently lives with five canine pals and thrives in a pack environment. Despite his sturdy build, he's a sensitive soul who can be a little cautious with new people and places, but he warms up quickly and becomes incredibly friendly and affectionate. He enjoys daily walks and moderate activity, and his adaptable personality even extends to being gentle with livestock. Ollie is eager to learn, healthy, and low-maintenance, and he's ready to be someone's best friend.
Ideal Home
Ollie would thrive in a home where he can be part of the family and continue to feel secure. He is not suitable for a home with cats. While he loves his dog friends, he can be possessive around food and special items, so management and structure will be key. Ollie would do best in a home with children 10 years and older.
Ongoing Health
Ollie is healthy and has no ongoing health conditions mentioned.
Training & Support
Ollie is still polishing a few skills, particularly regarding food and item possessiveness with other dogs. Management and structure are important for his success. He is eager to learn and will benefit from continued positive reinforcement and guidance.
