Sunnie D Light Sadie

Sunnie D is a purebred "sunshine puppy" who brings a force of joy to every day! She's estimated to be around a year old and weighs 36 lbs, with plenty of room to grow. Sunnie D is the ultimate happy-go-lucky companion, always ready to make new friends and tackle any adventure, especially if snacks are involved! She's dog-friendly with a playful, "little sister" energy – always eager to romp and never intimidated by other dogs.

Ideal Home

Sunnie D needs a home with another dog to be her playmate, as she thrives on canine company. She's also a big fan of kids and loves being part of the action. While she's learning to manage her excited puppy mouthing, she takes correction well and will quickly improve with consistent guidance.

Sunnie D is a healthy puppy. All vetting is included in the adoption fee.

Training & Support

As a young puppy, Sunnie D can get a bit mouthy when excited, but this is not aggressive and she takes correction well. She's an eager learner who will thrive with positive reinforcement, structured play, and redirection to toys to help her develop good habits. She is also capable of learning to be calm and respectful around cats with clear boundaries and consistent guidance.

• Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.

Transporation

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up is in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
