Cyrano is a truly special boy, a 2-year-old, 61 lb bundle of love who absolutely adores his humans. He's a velcro companion who loves to be close to his favorite people. He's learned to enjoy playtime with toys and has mastered the "sit" command for treats, thanks to his foster sister, Duchess. While he enjoys his doggie friends, his ultimate joy is being a couch potato, snuggled up next to his foster parent. Cyrano was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Houston, where he was a staff favorite and thankfully kept safe. He is incredibly loving, loyal, affectionate, and utterly adorable. He's also a very smart and sensitive soul, well-behaved, quiet, calm, and eager to please, rarely barking.
Ideal Home
Cyrano would thrive in a home with a fully fenced yard. He needs parents with a big heart who are ready to welcome him as their beloved baby.
Ongoing Health
Cyrano is fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He is heartworm negative and currently on Proheart 12, providing a full year of heartworm prevention. His adoption fee of $350 covers all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter surgery and recovery, heartworm and flea prevention, and a microchip with free lifetime registration. He also comes with a high-quality nylon Martingale collar and harness.
