Meet Nina, our precious Miss Buttered Roll! Nina is a delightfully squishy and soulful approximately 2-year-old pup with a coat of caramel and white markings that will make you want to give her a squeeze. We're not entirely sure what breeds make up this charming girl, but we suspect there might be a touch of hound, boxer, or even beagle in her mix. Whatever her heritage, the result is pure perfection! Nina's greatest joy in life is loving and being loved by her people. She's a "respectful Velcro dog" who will happily follow you from room to room, always checking in, before settling down nearby. Her foster family is completely smitten with her, and it's easy to see why. When Nina gets excited, her whole body wiggles with pure happiness!
Ideal Home
Nina would thrive in a home environment where she has space to get to know other dogs at her own pace. She currently lives with multiple dogs and enjoys their company, though she can be a bit of a "playground supervisor." She prefers a home over apartment living due to potential encounters with unfamiliar dogs in tight spaces.
Ongoing Health
Nina is currently up-to-date on all vetting, which includes vaccinations, deworming, and flea and heartworm prevention. She is spayed and microchipped.
Training & Support
Nina can get excited and may bark or pull on leash when she sees other dogs, as she wants to investigate. Once proper introductions are made, she is much more relaxed. We are happy to conduct further testing with cats and children for interested adopters to ensure the best possible match.

Transporation
We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
