Bart

Meet Bart! He's a 7-year-old, 10-pound sweetheart looking for a patient family to help him discover how wonderful life can be. Bart is a bit timid and cautious, as everything is still new and a little scary for him. However, he's getting braver every day and has found comfort in following his foster dog sibling, Ricky. Bart has a unique and adorable way of greeting his people with a little "army crawl" – it's his special way of saying "I'm happy you're back!" and it's sure to bring a smile to your face.

Ideal Home

Bart would do best in a home that can offer him patience and allow him to move at his own pace.

Ongoing Health

Bart is neutered, dewormed, microchipped, up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccines, and on flea and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Walking on a leash is still a work in progress and will require ongoing training. Potty-training is going well. Bart generally tolerates his crate, especially if it's made comfy.
