Astro (27lb)

Astro is a handsome 2-year-old Heeler mix who weighs about 25 pounds. He was found as a stray in a rough neighborhood in Texas, but thankfully, a Kind Spirits volunteer came to his rescue and took him into foster care. Now that he's fully vetted and we've learned more about his wonderful personality, Astro is ready to find his forever family! He's eager to please, house-trained, crate-trained, and potty-trained. Astro is also leash-trained and loves to be the center of attention. He's highly motivated by food, toys, and treats, and when he's not playing, he enjoys quiet cuddles. Astro does have a bit of a "little man" complex, which is understandable given his mix, and he may occasionally nip at male dogs when competing for treats or attention. He's currently living with 10 other dogs in his foster home and doing well!

Transporation

Astro is located in Texas but is available for out-of-state adopters. Private transport can be arranged for an additional $200, which includes a health certificate, vet exam, and transportation to your area.
