Meet Meka, a gentle and loving hound-mastiff mix who is just shy of 5 years old. Meka has a heart full of love and is always ready to brighten your day with his sweet nature. He enjoys curling up for cozy snuggles and has a talent for melting hearts with his puppy-dog eyes, especially when treats are involved. Meka is incredibly friendly and eager to meet new people, spreading happiness wherever he goes. He is very food-motivated and eager to please, making him a perfect candidate for fun training sessions and rewarding snacks.

Ideal Home

Meka is looking for a forever home where he can shower his humans with love. While he would be overjoyed to stay with his sister, Kalena, his biggest wish is simply to find a place to call home.

Ongoing Health

All vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, spay/neuter, flea and heartworm prevention, and micro-chipping, is covered.

Training & Support

Meka is food-motivated and eager to please, which will be very helpful during training. As a rescue, he will require continued training efforts and understanding to help him be the best dog he can be.

Transporation

Meka is located in Angleton, TX. He is available for transport to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. Our transport buses are equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and two onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. You will be able to follow his journey via a private Facebook Event page. Your adoption coordinator will help you find the closest transport pick-up location.
