Oliver

Oliver is an 11-month-old Great Pyrenees mix who is 100 pounds of pure happiness, enthusiasm, and a touch of playful clumsiness. He came to us as a puppy facing significant vision challenges, but thanks to dedicated care and successful surgery, Oliver can now see! His zest for life is infectious, and he believes the whole world is amazing and everyone in it is his friend.

Oliver adores people and other dogs, and while he'd likely be a friend to cats, his exuberant play style means he can't live with them. He's a big, cuddly dog with a heart full of love, and he's looking for a home that can appreciate his enthusiastic affection.

Ideal Home

Oliver would be happiest in a home with another active, playful dog who is looking for a best friend. He also needs a securely fenced yard where he can safely run, play, and fully embrace his joyful spirit. This outstanding dog is a great match for a family with children over 8 years old.

Ongoing Health

Oliver underwent surgery to address detached retinas and other vision issues. He has recovered well and can now see.

Training & Support

Oliver is well-mannered in the house and rides nicely in the car. He's committed to the belief that playtime is a legitimate lifestyle and loves to engage in fun activities.
