Bear

Bear is a sweet and handsome boy who found himself at the shelter due to his owner's health. It's clear he was a very loved companion! Bear is about 4.5 years old and weighs over 100 pounds. He's a smart cookie and knows commands like "sit," "come," and "heel." He's also a good listener when he feels like it and will "stay." Bear walks nicely on a leash and absolutely LOVES to play ball. He's a friendly and wonderful family dog. Bear gets along well with female dogs and would also be happy as the only dog in a home.

Ideal Home

Bear would thrive in a home that can accommodate his size and energy. He enjoys playtime, especially with a ball!

Ongoing Health

Bear is up-to-date on flea and heartworm prevention. He will receive a health exam and certificate from a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.

Training & Support

Bear is a good boy who knows several commands. He's generally well-behaved on leash and loves to play.
