Fiona

Meet Fiona! She's a sweet, smart, and affectionate 1-year-old Pitbull mix who’s come a long way since her rescue. Fiona is still learning the ropes, but she’s eager to please and loves her people! She's a cuddle queen in training and has so much love to give. Fiona has already conquered so much of her rough start, and with the right adopter, she’ll grow into the amazing dog we know she can be.

Ideal Home

Fiona would thrive in a home where someone is home more often than not, as she thrives on human connection. She needs a family willing to invest in continued training and committed to helping her succeed, even when things get tough.

Ongoing Health

Fiona is spayed and microchipped. She is housebroken and no longer has accidents after completing her medication.

Training & Support

Fiona has mastered "Sit," "Shake," "Lay Down," and "Name Recall." She is crate trained, though she would much rather cuddle in bed with you! Fiona can get overstimulated around other dogs, especially in public, which we've found is her way of saying she wants to play. Professional 1-on-1 training will be needed to help her work through leash reactivity and dog introductions over time.
