Mason

Mason is a 6-month-old, 32-pound Miniature American Shepherd mix with a heart full of hope and a wagging tail ready to find his forever family. He arrived with us feeling overwhelmed by the unfamiliar world, showing some submissive urination when worried. However, Mason has made incredible progress! He now happily crates for meals, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and responds when called (most of the time!). He's incredibly eager to learn and please, a true testament to his resilience and spirit. His favorite activities include playing with toys, splashing in the doggy pool, and wrestling with his foster friends.

Ideal Home

Mason would thrive in a home with someone experienced with young dogs or who is excited about continuing his training. A confident, playful canine companion would be a fantastic addition to his life, as he looks to other dogs for reassurance. A securely fenced yard is a must for him to safely burn off his puppy energy. While he'd enjoy chasing a cat, we are seeking a cat-free home for him.

Mason is fully vetted and is up-to-date on monthly preventatives.

Training & Support

Mason is crate-trained and house-trained. He has also proven to be trustworthy when left out of his crate during short absences. He is eager to please and ready to continue learning.

Mason is located with his foster family and can be transported to approved adopters via trusted transport partners. We adopt to multiple states to help each dog find their perfect forever home.
