Agnes

Agnes is a beautiful, petite Pitbull who endured a rough life before her rescue. Found scavenging in a junkyard and facing abuse from neighborhood children, she was scared, alone, and starving. It took persistent effort from compassionate rescuers to finally capture her and bring her to safety. Thanks to the care of BAARK Dog Rescue, Agnes has overcome her past neglect and fear and is now ready to find her loving forever home. She is estimated to be 6 years old and weighs 39 lbs.

Ideal Home

Agnes would thrive in a home with owners experienced with the Pitbull breed. She needs a family that can offer her plenty of attention and compassion, ideally as the only canine in the household, as she is not good with cats. A nice, safe, and secure backyard would be a wonderful addition to her new home.

Ongoing Health

Agnes is fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. She is also heartworm negative and on year-round heartworm preventative.

Training & Support

While Agnes has overcome much of her past trauma, she may need continued patience and understanding as she settles into her new home.
