Charlotte is an 11-week-old sweet puppy with a gentle heart and a bright future. She was found as a stray and is still learning that people can be kind and the world can be safe. Charlotte is blossoming in a foster home, gaining confidence daily. She's started playing with other dogs, exploring new rooms, and showing off her curious personality. While she may be shy at first, underneath that cautious exterior is a loving little girl who wants nothing more than to feel safe and loved.
