Ideal Home
Idgie does wonderfully with other dogs her size and truly enjoys having a canine companion. She’s also cat friendly and has been around children of various ages, always remaining calm and gentle. Her steady temperament makes her a great fit for a family environment. Because she can be a bit of an escape artist, a yard with at least 6-foot fencing is recommended.

Training & Support
Idgie is fully housebroken and crate trained, and she has comfortably stayed in her crate for up to nine hours. At night, she sleeps peacefully beside her foster’s bed without making a peep. Idgie has shown some resource guarding around her meals, so she is fed separately from other pets. However, she has no issues with treats, toys, or bones – just her food bowl. With simple management at mealtime, she continues to thrive and show what a well-mannered girl she is.

Transportation
