Cheeto

Cheeto is an adorable, scruffy puppy with a heart of gold, born around August 1st, 2025. He currently weighs about 30 lbs and is expected to reach a healthy adult weight of 35 lbs or more. Cheeto is a sweet boy who gets along wonderfully with other dogs. He can be a bit shy when first meeting new people, so he's looking for a patient adopter who can give him the time and space he needs to feel comfortable and come out of his shell. Once he's settled, he loves to zoom around the yard with his canine friends and has a particular fondness for squeaky toys. He's also doing well with his house training, readily going outside to do his business during the day. Cheeto has even completed a two-week board and train program, showing his eagerness to learn!

Ideal Home

Cheeto would thrive in a home with a fully fenced and secure yard where he can safely play and explore. He also needs at least one canine companion to be his buddy and playmate, as he really enjoys the company of other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Cheeto is up-to-date on all his vaccinations, including Dhpp, Bordetella, Rabies, and Canine Influenza. He is also on monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.

Training & Support

While Cheeto is pretty well house-trained and has completed a board and train program, his shyness with new people means he'll benefit from continued patience and positive reinforcement to help him build confidence.
