Shiloh

Say hello to Shiloh! Shiloh is a 2-year-old, 70-pound Pit Bull mix with a heart of gold. He was adopted as a puppy and recently returned to us, and while shelter life has made him a bit nervous, his true colors shine once he's in a comfortable home. In his previous home, he was an energetic and sociable boy who loved being by his people's side. He adjusts quickly to new people once he feels secure.

Ideal Home

Shiloh would love a home where he can be your constant companion. He lived with a small dog in his previous home and did wonderfully, so he could potentially live with another small dog with a slow introduction. He is insecure with larger dogs, so any introductions to larger dogs will need to be very slow and supervised to ensure they are a good fit. Shiloh needs a home without cats. Due to his initial sensitivity, he would do best in a home with children ages 10 and older, though he may be open to visiting children.

Shiloh is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations.

Training & Support

Shiloh is still learning to navigate new environments and can be a bit sensitive initially. Patience and a calm approach will go a long way in helping him settle in. Once he's comfortable, his wonderful, sociable personality will emerge.
