Mochi

Mochi is a precious Shih Tzu with a heart full of love! This ten-pound, five-year-old boy came to us a bit rough around the edges, but he's truly blossomed into a devoted companion. He adores following his foster mom everywhere and would make an excellent partner for someone looking for a furry shadow. Mochi gets along well with other dogs and would likely be a great fit for a family with children. He's making great progress with his house-training and is already a pro on the leash!

Mochi would thrive with a retired person or anyone who desires a truly devoted companion.

Ongoing Health

Mochi is generally healthy and fully vetted. He does have dry eye that requires daily lubricating eye drops. He also has a slight, charmingly "wonky" gait due to an old hip injury, which doesn't slow him down at all.

Training & Support

Mochi is working hard on his house-training and is good on a leash. His foster mom reports he is pure love and wants to be by your side as much as possible.

Mochi is currently in a foster home in Lawrenceville, GA. Meet-and-greets and adoptions are scheduled by appointment with approved applicants.
