Emmett

Emmett arrived at our shelter on July 12, 2025, after being found tied to a table at a local park. He's estimated to be around 3 years old and is a delightful mystery mix – perhaps some hound, shepherd, or lab in his lineage! Emmett has some unique double dewclaws on his hind legs, adding to his special charm. He's been vet checked, neutered, and microchipped, and his adoption fee is $150. While Emmett can be a bit shy at first, he blossoms into a loving and goofy companion with a great sense of humor. We believe he'll make a wonderful friend for someone looking for a fun-loving dog.

Ideal Home

Emmett appears to be comfortable around other dogs. We don't have information on his interactions with cats, and we're unsure if he has experience with young children. He will thrive in a home that can provide him with plenty of exercise and basic training.

Ongoing Health

Emmett has been neutered and microchipped. He is up-to-date on his vaccinations.

Training & Support

Emmett will benefit from some basic training in various areas and will need regular exercise to keep his spirits high.
