Luella

Meet Luella! This beautiful young husky is estimated to be around a year old. Luella came to us as a stray, and now that her hold is up, she's ready to find a forever home to call her own. Luella is your typical husky in that she loves to sing us the song of her people to tell us all about how she's feeling. She walks very well on a leash and loves to spend her time sniffing the perimeter of the fence.

Ideal Home

Luella would do best in an adult-only home.

Ongoing Health

Luella tested positive for heartworms upon intake. She has already begun her treatment, with the injections scheduled for the end of June. She would love to find a forever home or a foster home to finish recovering from heartworm treatment.

Training & Support

Luella is a husky and loves to "sing" to express her feelings. She walks well on a leash and enjoys exploring her surroundings.
