Bean

Bean is a 1-year-old Dachshund/Chihuahua mix with a heart full of love to give! He was rescued from a difficult situation and is now ready to find his forever family. Bean is a sweet and active boy who weighs around 11 pounds and absolutely craves attention. He had a rough start and may need a male diaper initially as he adjusts to being a cherished pet, but with a little time and a lot of love, he'll surely blossom. Bean gets along well with other dogs, especially those his size, and would love a canine companion to share his adventures with. However, he is not a fan of cats.

Ideal Home

A securely fenced yard is a must for Bean, as we do not accept wireless or underground invisible fences. He would also thrive with another dog his size to play with. Bean is not a good fit for a home with cats.

Ongoing Health

Bean has been neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, treated for fleas and ticks, and is heartworm negative. He is microchipped.

Training & Support

Bean is not yet house-trained and may need a male diaper as he adjusts to his new home. He does well with other dogs, but it may take him some time to settle in.
