Gidget

Gidget is a sweet, petite Pitbull mix who is approximately 8 years old and weighs 43 lbs. She had a rough start in life and was emaciated when Animal Control found her. She also suffered from flea dermatitis, but her skin is now almost completely healed. Gidget is a loving dog who enjoys being held and getting scratched. She knows her name, can sit and stay, and appears to be potty trained. She walks well on a leash and would love a fenced-in yard to run around in.

Ideal Home

Gidget would do best as an only dog or with a male dog, as she hasn't been fully comfortable with the female dogs in her foster home. She is reported to love children and get along with cats.

Ongoing Health

Gidget's flea dermatitis is almost entirely healed. She is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Gidget knows basic commands like sit and stay, and she seems to be potty trained. She walks well on a leash.
