Meet Boomer!

Born on May 16th, 2026, Boomer is a calm and gentle sweetheart, despite his booming name. This handsome black Lab and German Shepherd mix is happiest when he's curled up in someone's arms, soaking up all the love he can get. Boomer came into rescue with his siblings when their mother couldn't care for them, and he's flourished in foster care, discovering the joys of cozy naps, loving people, and plenty of belly rubs. He enjoys playing with other puppies but prefers to snuggle or nap. Boomer has a beautiful black coat with adorable white socks and a white-tipped tail that wags with happiness. He loves chew toys and rope toys and enjoys playtime before his favorite cuddle sessions.

Ideal Home

Boomer loves children and gets along beautifully with other puppies, dogs, and the foster family's cats, making him a wonderful fit for a variety of homes.

Training & Support

Boomer is working hard on crate training, potty training, and leash training. He's learning that the grass is the perfect place to potty and is doing wonderfully, enjoying his potty breaks and soaking up praise.
